How to change Explorer View

Hi,

I'm a newbie with Com Objects and want to create an explorer window.

How can I activate the "Folder"-View and the "Detail"-View. Only have German Windows - so I'm not sure you know what I mean - please see the explorer.jpg

Do you have to change the view or is it allright to open it different?
