Interacting with Tooltip baloon from systemtray application icon?

Hey guys bit of a weird one i think, im running a process within a application which usually takes about 50 minutes or so to complete, i currently have it on test mode so its completing in under 1 minute! But regardless once it completes the icon for the application which appears in the bottom right with all the other icons which come up next to the clock in windows when it boots up displays what looks to me like a toop tip baloon letting me know the process is complete. How do i interact with this? I tried with the title and the class but no joy at all!? :-(
