use title for if function

So i want to make if function, basically this function will do something if the title is match.

how can i do this?

so far i get

If $title > 0 Then

MsgBox(1,"tittle1", "this is match")


MsgBox(1,"tittle2", "not mach!")


my problem is i don't know how to get active tittle. $tittle = "active tittle"

help me please
