You could navigate to the page with _IENavigate(), but you would submit the form with _IEFormSubmit(), or by interacting with an element in the page, like _IELinkClickByText() or _IEAction() with "click".

Examine the rendered HTML of the page with a DOM inspector, like DebugBar to decide which way to go.
