Creating script to change Language display settings in Windows 7

Hi,

I want to make a script that can automate the changing of Windows 7 installations to set the display language, unicode language, login language etc to japanese.

Also to install the standard japanese language keyboard drivers that come with Windows 7.

I am doing this on a builds of Windows 7 Professional that are installed from a standardized image. The Japanese Language pack is already included with the image, but all settings are for US PC's and I want to localize them to Japan.

I want to know is this possible to automate?

Can someone point me in the right direction?
