current or active websites

I am trying to identify what the current websites opened in the web browser. I know this will depend browser to browser. Just wanted to see if anyone has tried doing anything like this or have any ideas where/how to look?

It won't be easy, since you are dealing with tabs as well as multiple browsers. You will probably need to build your own API tools in C++.
