AutoPepe
Windows shortcut information What autoit command can retrieve the associated information to a shortcut : - The path to the file or folder pointing. I would like to find or solve a script or program to copy a directory containing shortcuts (soft-links ) to another directory replacing the shortcut by the real file or folder. Is it possible ? Bowmore
The function you need is FileGetShortcut(). For details of how to use it look in the AutoIt help file "Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the universe trying to build bigger and better idiots. So far, the universe is winning."- Rick Cook
