I need Forum Info Grabber

I'd like to ask if its possible to make grab the information from forums.

Forum Info Grabber, if possible will grab the following details from forums

Input to the Info Grabber:

1. Forum URL

2. Username

3. Password

It will grab/output following things:

1. Type of the Forum (vBulletin - IPB2 - IPB3 - PHPbb2 - PHPbb3 - MYBB)

2. All Forum IDs and their respective names

3. All Forum Prefixes IDs and their respective name.

4. All Forum Icons IDs and their respective icons with file names(for easier identification of the actual host if loading actual image is not possible).

and how much i could be cost ?
