autoit exe started via service that should interact with desktop

Hi there,

I am trying to run a compiled autoit exe via the NSClient++ software, a Nagios NRPE agent for Windows (nagios is a monitoring app).

The NSClient software is running as a system service and has "allow service to interact with desktop" set.

When I poll the client, it successfully starts the autoit executable as it has been instructed to do, but it can't find any windows and gives the corresponding error message on the secure desktop. So I guess it searches for the windows on the secure desktop too...

Anyone know where to disable that?
