Rogue5099
After creating a menu item is there any way to change the font color. I know with GUICtrlSetColor doesn't work with Menu Items: GUICtrlSetColor - Only Button, Label, Checkbox, Group, Radio, Edit, Input, List, Listview, ListviewItem, Treeview, TreeviewItem, Graphic, Progress and Combo controls can currently be colored. But is there another way? I searched forum but with no luck, forum removed "color" word from search. GEOSoft
Holger wrote a Menu UDF many moons ago and it will do manu things with menus including what you want although I have a hunch that the font color in the Menu bar itself can not be changed. I have a revised copy of the ModernMenuRaw.au3 file and if you PM me I will send you a copy of that or you can just go to this thread You will have to modify the ModernMenuRaw.au3 file to comment out the duplicated constants. Rogue5099
Thanks GEOSoft this is exactly what I was looking for. Problem is that it doesn't work for windows 7/vista. It works on XP and below. That's ok I just had a Reset option in the Menu I just wanted it RED so that people wouldn't accedently click it. To solve that problem I just added a MsgBox asking "Are you sure you want to Reset?" [Yes][No]. GEOSoft
I'll test the font color in Vista and 7. The other color functions do work in both operating systems. That I'm sure of because I use them.
