Elephant007 Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 I have this thought and have no idea where to start so I'm looking for some ideas I would like to create a script that will take a snapshot of files/directories/registry and save a before then I can install software, configure it to how I like and then take another snapshot of files/directories/registry and save it as an after take the before and the after, find the differences, move the difference to a "compare" folder, including a REG file that I can then create a self-extracting executable. This way I can take that package and install it on other computers... Any ideas?
