Possible bug on BassEnc.au3

Recommended Posts

Hi to all, i am writing a simple registrator...but it give me an error while i am using the function _BASS_Encode_IsActive.

This is the Scite's log

AutoIt3\Include\BassEnc.au3 (210) : ==> Subscript used with non-Array variable.:
Return SetError(0, "", $BASSENC_ret_[0])
Return SetError(0, "", $BASSENC_ret_^ ERROR

This is the function (contained in the lateste version of BassEnc.au3 :

Func _BASS_Encode_IsActive($handle)
    $BASSENC_ret_ = DllCall($_ghBassEncDll, "dword", "BASS_Encode_IsActive", "dword", $handle)
    $error = _BASS_ErrorGetCode()
    If $error <> 0 Then
        Return SetError($error, "", 0)
    Else
        Return SetError(0, "", $BASSENC_ret_[0])
    EndIf
EndFunc ;==>_BASS_Encode_IsActive

It's my fault or a bassenc problem?

I don't believe that is the latest version of BassEnc.au3, the variables in mine are different than the variables in your example. That leads me to think that you have a different version, and the version I have I just re-downloaded from the link in the BASS thread.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.

I hereby grant any person the right to use any code I post, that I am the original author of, on the autoitscript.com forums, unless I've specifically stated otherwise in the code or the thread post. If you do use my code all I ask, as a courtesy, is to make note of where you got it from.
