what is the best way to get source from a page?

so i tried using inetget to grab the mainpage from a website, and save it to a txt file for inspection. however it doesnt appear to be saving the file, im not sure how to save contents from inetread. if nothing else i could just use sockets, just a GET request, but thats the annoying way to do it. autoit should have a feature that does this for you. or so im thinking
