I want to run an automated script based on the variable info of an application. However, when I run AutoIt window iinfo, it doesn't recognise the text I want to use. Does this make sense? Guest SimonBoote Posted June 25, 2005 Share Posted June 25, 2005 did you give the focus to the application window?what application do you want to read information from ?What information did au3info return?<{POST_SNAPBACK}>The window was active and au3info returned other window info including hidden text.The application is a poker calculator, Texas Calculatem, which returns info on how to play a hand. It is quite good and I imagine that if you could take the emotion out of playing and played purely on a mathematical basis, it may make a useful tool.
