IE Builder Guide?

Dear AutoIt Community,

Is there a guide or help file to using Valuater's IE Builder tool? I can't message Valuater to ask (inbox full), and he hasn't replied to my 5 days ago.

Ideally I'd like something like BrettF et al

If a guide doesn't exist I'm happy to contribute as an editor and put the thing together with help from the Autoit community (i.e. with the help of some AutoIt IE gurus). I've written many reports in a plain English style for Governments and International Corporations so writing/editing something like this would be a walk in the park.

Can anyone help or would anyone like to contribute?
