IE how to set object width and height with out using _IEDocWriteHTML

Recommended Posts

Is there way to change objects width and height with out using _IEDocWriteHTML()?

I am trying to resize youtube object. Currently I resize it using following method 1) _IEDocReadHTML 2) replacements 3)_IEDocWriteHTML(); I get exactly same source. Only width=640 height=390 is replaced. Result: Video doesn't play anymore.

For some reason, even this breaks youtube.

_IEDocWriteHTML($oIE, _IEDocReadHTML($oIE))

Does anyone know how I could fix that problem.

Thanks in advance.

Assuming there is a single object tag on the page for the YouTube object:

#include <IE.au3>
$oIE = _IECreate(your-url)
$oObject = _IETagnameGetCollection($oIE, "object", 0)
$oObject.height = 250
$oObject.width =400

or something similar...
