Reading Images?

Here i have a picture which has 2 words the same, would it be possible at all if i could code something that would find them and then click one of the two. I have seen this done before in another code and i was wandering if it could be done at all. The words are different each time.

If the image file is a binary file that contains nulls you will have to use one of the work arounds for binary files that exist like _APIFileRead , Binary.dll , etc.
