abs0luterhythm Posted June 28, 2005 Posted June 28, 2005 I need some help trying to make a program that will take the contact info from outlook and put it into a word templete. I am working with outlook 2003. Any suggestions would be appreciated. The problem I am having is having autoit tell which window is the outlook contact, because with every new contact, the title is different.
DaleHohm Posted June 28, 2005 Posted June 28, 2005 One way would be to use something like this: $WinList = WinList() For $I = 1 To $WinList[0][0] If (StringInStr($WinList[$I][0], "- Contact")) Then $myWindow = $WinList[$I][1] Msgbox(0,"Title", $WinList[$I][0]) EndIf Next knowing that "- Contact" is always in the title string (or " Properties" if it is Exchange contact list). It loops through all windows searching for the match.. then stores the window handle in $mywindow.
