Slider event with .png

So the alpha blend has an example to show pngs with no window in them, I want to get multiple images but I don't want them to be there all at once. I want one to be there all the time, and one to be there at 20 - 50% and then the second one to come in at 50 - 80% then the last one to be there 80%+.

If you can help me maybe make a script and heavily comment it so I know what your doing and I'm not just copy pasting I would be very grateful. Thanks for your time.

If the slider is say 20 to 50 then if it's in between those two I don't want a million of one window so if two of the same windows are there can you kill one of them or just make is so only one comes up?
