RogueX20 Posted July 1, 2011 Share Posted July 1, 2011 I see some prefer autoit over VB 2008+ and vice versa. I like autoit for what it has done for me already and all of the documentation. I'm not an IT person, but that is my aim and at work Visual Basic, C# and C++ are the apps used for programming. I started with Visual Basic just because, but I will eventually learn one of the C languages as well. I hear you have more control with C# or C++. Anyway I would like to hear your thoughts on using/learning Autoit over Visual Basic 2008 or 2010. I personally would like to become proficient in both, then I can jump to either one when I feel one can handle a particular need better than the other.
