InetGet Help File Clarification please

InetGet description says:

"Note, only one download can be active at once, if you call the function again before a download is complete it will fail."

So only one InetGet active can be active in a script at a time, that's pretty clear.

But can you have two scripts running, each with their own single InetGet call active at the same time, similar to the restriction on SplashTextOn? I am trying this, and it is failing, but I do not know if I messed up my logic or it just can't work.

Should work fine in 2 separate scripts....
