Next Problem...

I am looking for the answer second day.. The problem is: I use a WinGetHandle function and everything is okey but I think that a window handle is a point A(x,y) but I do not know how to interpret eg. 0xB070C i know that is hexadecimal but what next? My aim is: to move a cursor of mouse about some corrdinance(distance) with respect to window handle.

Thank you very much for hints!

Perhaps the WinGetPos() function can be used here.. Get what I'm saying? I want to help but my brain isn't making words of my thoughts yet (read: not enough coffee yet!)

OK, handle is a handle- right, but handle is a hex number and the number is something like a 'pointer' but i do not know if eg. i want to move cursor about some distance with respect to the handle.

daxstec,

A Windows handle is a unique ID (in a special format) allocated to every control that Windows uses and needs to keep track of. It has absolutely nothing to do with position - it is purely a unique ID. :)

daxstec,

My pleasure again. ;)

I have responded to the other thread - although in a rather bemused fashion. :)
