How to disable maximizing and resizing?

Hi guys,

could sum1 explain me how to disable and/or remove the maximizing button (the one in the middle, u know) of my GUI. It also would be nice if sum1 could tell me how to disable resizing (u know, if u drag the border, u can make the GUI bigger or smaller). I searched in the au3constants, maybe I even found something, but I dunno how to change all that stuff.

That's axactly the default value when you use GUICreate no maximize/no rezize

You can look at the doc to know to what style/exStyle it corresponds
