Define "dbf table". Is it a file, or a structure you created in memory? What format is it in, or what program generated it?

I get the DB part, and it probably won't be hard to work with, but it matters what _KIND_ of DB it is.

What application produced it, MS SQL, MySQL, SQLite, MS Access, etc.? That will tell us the most about how to use it.

Probably dBase. Either convert to CSV or SQL and work on a modern DB ground or simply use any dBase clone.
