Why doesnt GUICtrlCreateListView sho scrollbar?

Why doesn't this code show scroll bars?

shouldn't $WS_HSCROLL tell it to draw scroll? That string obviously doesn't fit in that gui, and scroll bar is needed.

Because you need data in the ListView for the scrollbars to be activated:

These 2 styles ($WS_HSCROLL,$WS_VSCROLL) are windows GUI styles, and probably won't work as intended on a Listview. Also, you have nothing in your listview so there won't be a scrollbar on it until something is placed in to it.

Here's an example showing what I mean:
