How to Search Rows in VB6 DataGrid and Set CheckBox to True

Hi i have this new project that i need to automate our manual transactions in our applications using autoit.

Here is my Requirements:

Get ID on Excel

Activate Application Form and Send PartNumber to InputBox

Click Refresh Button and Application Grid will Display with columns(ID ..etch..)

Then i need to select row where ID is located from datagrid and then Check its Checkbox

Then Click Save.

My Problem is the highlighted one.
