K99dog Posted September 20, 2011 Share Posted September 20, 2011 Hello I am tryng to get BASS Function Library to work but when i try to open BassFX examples i get this error Line 4(File "D:\Programs Files\Autolt3\Include\BassFXConstants.au3"): Global Const $BASS_ERROR_FX_BPMINUSE = 4001 Global Const ERROR Error: Can not redeclare constant. That variable is probably declared in more than one file, and you're getting the error because of this. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day. K99dog Posted September 20, 2011 Author Share Posted September 20, 2011 i deleted the line 4 from BassFXConstants.au3.Now error says line 8 Global Const $BASS_FX_FREESOURCE = 0x10000; // Free the source handle as well? I Am just learning scripting not sure what i am doing.What is the correct way to install these libraries i just but files that were written in example script like #include <Bass.au3> into Include folder. The file doesn't have that on my copy and if it's not there and you're running some of the examples, it may be trying to include it more than once which will cause this error.
