Error: Can not redeclare constant BassFX

Hello

I am tryng to get BASS Function Library to work but when i try to open BassFX examples

i get this error

Line 4(File "D:\Programs Files\Autolt3\Include\BassFXConstants.au3"):

Global Const $BASS_ERROR_FX_BPMINUSE = 4001

Global Const ERROR

Error: Can not redeclare constant.

Delete or comment out the line and try it again. That variable is probably declared in more than one file, and you're getting the error because of this.


If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.

i deleted the line 4 from BassFXConstants.au3.Now error says line 8 Global Const $BASS_FX_FREESOURCE = 0x10000; // Free the source handle as well? I Am just learning scripting not sure what i am doing.What is the correct way to install these libraries i just but files that were written in example script like #include <Bass.au3> into Include folder.

Try putting the line #include-once at the top of the BassFXConstants.au3 file. The file doesn't have that on my copy and if it's not there and you're running some of the examples, it may be trying to include it more than once which will cause this error.
