(probably my problem) and i cant seem to get it to work. $errdate = @WorkingDir & "\Error Logs\" & _NowCalc & ".txt" $errdate + @WorkingDir & "\Error Logs\" & ^ ERROR Error: Error parsing function call. just trying to assign a variable. not sure whats going on
