Emulating mouse presence

Hey guys, there is a java game, where I made myself a mining bot. Everything is good, except that it wont work in the background mode (I use ControlSend command), if the mouse is not over the thing I mine, for example - I can watch a movie in the center of my screen, but the mouse cursor has to be over the ore that I mine with the ore tool-tip. Can anyone suggest anything because I'm new to scripting and really stuck .
