high cpu usage - reformulated

Recommended Posts

here's the code i'm having trouble with:

While 1 = 1
While WinExists ("Launcher") > 0 ; if window exists ...
While WinExists("Steam Connection") > 0 ; check if this error windows exists and close
          Sleep (500)
While WinExists("Steam Connection Error") > 0 ; check if this error windows exists and close
          Sleep (500)
Sleep (60000) ; check again in a minute
; if window does not exist
     Send("f settings.cmd")
     Send("f dgw.cmd")

the app is launcher.exe. the code is supposed to restart the app if it fails.

the app needs a parameter so i created luncher.lnk that puts the parameter (did not know how to do that with the code)

running this script putt's a load of 50% on my CPU.

anyone see why?
