Strange value system

I am working on a little google earth modification script, I can't find out what in what system these values are based on.

100e2
is this some kind of scientific value system? What does the "e" represent? Edited by THAT1ANONYMOUSEDUDE

Things that I've done..

Icon Resource Editor: icon resource editor 

AutoIt Piano: a piano

AutoIt Unlocker: unlocks files when you want to delete them

Colorful tooltips: a wrapper for the tool tips UDF

Rouge GoogleBot: a full screen animation

ASciTE text editor: a text editor written in autoit

That is either hex or scientific notation. Without any further data samples it's not possible to tell.

To add to valik, e can be eulers constant (or natural base or whatever else you call it)

Google earth? Scientific form is the only one that really makes sense. But you'd never write 100e2, you'd write 1e4...
