list rar within rar ,command line

hey guys

i want to list files (command line)in a rar which is itself inside a rar file

then i want to delete files by reading the list files.

any help would be highly appreciated

Unrar is freeware so you can freely unrar/list files from RAR archives.

But for creating/modifying RAR archives you need to pay for licence for rar.exe.
