Editing Sound files ( need to delete soundwaves from files )

How would I make a script to select a folder and then editing every .wav file in the folder to only leave 44 bytes per .wav file? ( Deleting all the sound waves from each audio file ? )

I know audacity can do it manually, but it'd take a long time to do by hand.

Automate the Audacity window using AutoIt's window automation functions such as Send, ControlSend, Activate, etc.
