Adergon
hey all. First of all, i just wanted to thank you guys for helping me with using multiple colours in pixelsearch. It worked. $Variable = PixelSearch(505, 215, 539, 262, 0x866C4B) If IsArray($Variable) = True Then MouseClick("Left", $Variable [0], $Variable [1], 1) MsgBox(48, "", "First color found!") Else $Variable = PixelSearch(505, 215, 539, 262, 0x987A55) If IsArray($Variable) = True Then MouseClick("Left", $Variable [0], $Variable [1], 1) MsgBox(48, "", "Second color found!") Else $Variable = PixelSearch(505, 215, 539, 262, 0x7F6647) If IsArray($Variable) = True Then MouseClick("Left", $Variable [0], $Variable [1], 1) MsgBox(48, "", "Third color found!") Else $Variable = PixelSearch(505, 215, 539, 262, 0x7F6647) If IsArray($Variable) = True Then MouseClick("Left", $Variable [0], $Variable [1], 1) MsgBox(48, "", "Fourth color found!") Else $Variable = PixelSearch(505, 215, 539, 262, 0x856A4A) If IsArray($Variable) = True Then MouseClick("Left", $Variable [0], $Variable [1], 1) MsgBox(48, "", "Fifth color found!") Else $Variable = PixelSearch(505, 215, 539, 262, 0x836849) If IsArray($Variable) = True Then MouseClick("Left", $Variable [0], $Variable [1], 1) MsgBox(48, "", "Sixth color found!") EndIf EndIf EndIf EndIf EndIf EndIf But pixelsearch actually fails. Because sometimes, it can find the colors but sometimes not. i don't know why. IS THE COLORS CHANGING by the time? anyways. My question is, if you can make a function that detects similar colors. For example, if the function doesn't detect that exact color, can you make it pick a similar one? just a question. if so, please post an example. PS: i use windows 7. EDIT: I read something about image search, will it work better? Edited December 22, 2011 by Adergon
BrewManNH
Look at the PixelSearch functions optional parameters, there's a parameter called shade-variation that might be what you're looking for. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day.
