WM_NOTIFY 64bit / alternative?

4 posts in this topic

I am using WM_NOTIFY with _GUICtrlListView_Create in a script that needs both 32bit and 64bit versions. The 32bit works fine however the 64bit one doesn't function.

It's important that I have both 32bit and 64bit versions as the script launches various Windows tools with ShellExecute (e.g. msconfig and others).

Is there an alternative way to get doubleclick and rightclick from ListView when on 64bit?

Thank you! :)

the changelog of the latest autoit release says:

>Fixed #1479: X64 ListView WM_NOTIFY Message.

maybe you can check what they did to fix ist and also apply it to your code...

Whiper,

Have you updated to the latest version of AutoIt (3.3.8.0)? :)

This fixed a lot (if not all) of the X86/X64 struct incompatibilities which I believe are the cause of your ListView problems. ;)
