paul002 Posted February 3, 2012 Share Posted February 3, 2012 Unable to execute upx.exe to compress stub file: upx: <path><name>.exe:IOException: rename error: File exists I get this error every time, even in a place its never been compiled. I've tried the old version thats compatiable with NT, the latest release, and the beta, all the same. I've tried compile all the ways, by context click, compile in editor, etc. Help? paul002 Posted February 3, 2012 Author Share Posted February 3, 2012 Self answer, got it to work using a diff name for the destination file, using 'compile script to exe' tool. I thought it would not be a problem to use same name since extension would change to .exe, but I guess that was it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
