get Process, that owned a temp-file

i want to copy flashvideo from temp-folder with hobocopy to another folder, to save it local.

is it possible, to detect, witch process (browserwindow with flashplayer in html-page) owns this file?

copying with hobocopy works, but it will be nice, to get the name of the video read from browserwindow bevore copy instead of guessing it or checking after copy.
