Insert this line

GUICtrlSetBkColor(-1, -2)

after the GUICtrlCreateLabel() line.

UEZ,

Using a magic number? Shame on you! :)

prakashgp,

The correct way to do it is to use the full name of the constant like this: ;)

GUICtrlSetBkColor(-1, $GUI_BKCOLOR_TRANSPARENT)

You will also need to add this line to the top of your script:

#include <StaticConstants.au3>

The result is identical - but you will remember what it means in a few months time! ;)

This could be another solution:

Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to
build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universe
trying to produce bigger and better idiots.
So far, the Universe is winning.
