Stretching text to fit an area ?

Hi,

Been looking around and cant find what im looking for although im sure someone could point me in the right direction.

All i need to do is to stretch gdi+ text along the X and/or Y axis , as to fit some text into a box.

All the demo gdi+ stuff i find is using a standard font size which just gives a normal ratio but in my specific case i need to stretch along the Y but not increase the hight.

So ideally i need something like _GDIPlus_TextInBox($text,x1,y1,x2,y2) kinda thing :-/

any pointers please , thx.
