Problem with windows 7

Well, searched in some places but i I could not solve the problem.This simple code works perfectly in windows xp, but when i try to run it in windows 7 it does nothing, it starts but nothing happen.What should i do? Sorry if is some thing simple to solve.

This is the code:

WinWaitActive("Element Client")

Global $a = 0

Global $b = 0

While ($a = 0)

Send("{F1}")

Sleep(200)

$b = $b + 200

if $b >= 30000 Then

Send("{TAB}")

$b = 0
