Arthurlwest
I'm very interested in learning how to use autoit, where do I go from here. I literally know nothing about scripting.
Moderators Melba23 Posted April 13, 2012 Moderators Share Posted April 13, 2012 Arthurlwest,First, welcome to the AutoIt forum. Reading the Help file (at least the first few sections - Using AutoIt, Tutorials and the first couple of References) will help you enormously. You should also look at the excellent tutorials that you will find here and here - you will find other tutorials in the Wiki (the link is at the top of the page). There are even video tutorials on YouTube if you prefer watching to reading. And you know where we are when you run into difficulties. Skitty
The way I learned to use autoit somewhat fluently is by copy pasting lots of different scripts from the examples section and taking them apart and seeing why it would stop working correctly when I did something to it...
