ControlClick

Recommended Posts

I am not sure if i understand well the function.

The thing i need is to make clicks on minimized window.

I searched at google, and here in forum for small example and didnt find anything so if some1 can make small example of it for Google Chrome i will be grateful. No need something special, just one simple mouse left click on a coordinates.

Try it without the X,Y coordinates, I doubt that your control is 500 pixels by 500 pixels unless it's Notepad's edit window, the window coordinates might be, but when using ControlClick, the X & Y coordinates are the coordinates of where you're clicking IN the control and not the window. Also, you can't controlclick without a controlID, which you don't have in your command line, the control ID isn't optional, it's mandatory.

I'd suggest reading the help file for ControlClick and trying the example to see how it is supposed to work.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.
