regkey display as menu start menu items

Hello,

I'm willing to make a script that sets mine windows look and feel to mine own personel settings.

sush as "display as menu" start menu items and such more.

copy's mine own favorites for example, and this in a single .au3

Where i want to go is when i reinstall windows on a machine i only have to start up that .exe and all is good

The thing is i get stuck on where and how to find that regkey? and how to set it in a script.

is there somebody who can help me a little on the way ?

I'm making at the moment a GUI where to set some other settings and where i want to use this in.
