GaryFrost
almost didn't feel like answering this, you should try "if" statements sometime. GaryFrost
not sure why anyone would want spaghetti code, always gives me a headache. utilize while loops and if statements and functions. blindwig
Func is equivilant to Goto isn't it?<{POST_SNAPBACK}>No, Func is more like GoSub. Goto does not push your current location onto the stack. t0ddie
goto like in autoit 2, will literally go to where you tell it in the script. then continue from the place the "function" finished. yes, the function command in autoit 3 is more like gosub. it goes where you tell it, but you dont have to tell it to come back. after its finished, the script will resume at the place where you called the function, instead of just continuing the script from where the function ends. not that enough people havent explained that, i just wanted to clarify and add my 2 cents EDIT: but i want to know why you dont want to use function?
