ITGal
Having issues with a simple line of text. Want to remove a folder from within My Documents. Let's say this folder is called 'MyFolder'. I can't for the life of me get it to work! I've tried DirRemove, FileDelete, FileMove So, I'd like to try to do something simple like: DirRemove(@DocumentsCommonDir & "MyFolder", 1) or move it to the temp dir to be deleted from there. Help would be greatly appreciated!

BrewManNH
@DocumentsCommonDir points to the C:UsersPublicDocuments folder on Windows 7, probably the All Users folder on Windows XP, use @MyDocumentsDir to point to your own My Documents folder. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day. ITGal
Thank you BrewManNH, that did the trick! Is there any way to delete the folder from My Documents from ALL users?
BrewManNH
In XP the folder in question would be in the C:Documents and Settings<username>My Documents, in newer OSs it would be in the C:Users<username>Documents folder. You'd have to get all the username folders and then search in each of the (My)Documents folder for the folder you're looking for. _FileListToArray could get all the user folders, simple search through the returned folders would do the trick.
