Can some one tell me how to run a command for each host on the list at the some time. if i have 3 host on the list i wont to run the command on 3 host in some time. Regards RunWait('Psexec @servers.txt -u "domainmyuser" -p "mypw|" -c -f ficheiro.bat') Edited June 26, 2012 by Alexandre
Mechaflash
I'd run it via ComSpec (calling windows CMD to run it) RunWait(@ComSpec & ' /c Psexec @servers.txt -u "domainmyuser" -p "mypw|" -c -f ficheiro.bat') Note: I'm currently building a Button GUI to run different Psexec commands for maintaining workstations. It's becoming pretty nifty =D Edited June 26, 2012 by mechaflash213 Spoiler “Hello, ladies, look at your man, now back to me, now back at your man, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped using ladies scented body wash and switched to Old Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re on a boat with the man your man could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an oyster with two tickets to that thing you love. Look again, the tickets are now diamonds. BrewManNH
You can't because psexec is reading your list of servers in the text file, it's going to read it and execute the operation on each line of the file, then goes to the next line in the file. Either don't use a text file with the list and use Run instead of RunWait, or you'll have to do it one at a time. BrewManNH
$File = FileOpen("servers.txt") While 1 $ServerName = FileReadLine($File) If @error = -1 Then ExitLoop Run('Psexec ' & $ServerName & ' -u "domainmyuser" -p "mypw|" -c -f ficheiro.bat') WEnd This will read your text file one line at a time, run PSExec using that server name, then loop back to the beginning and do it all again. When it runs out of lines in the file, it will exit. The servers.txt file can only have server names in it, and the server names will have to start with "" (without quotes).
