Script is fine but it won't start

My old topic was closed wrongfully so I'll repost it in a different format so people don't get butthurt.

Help would be much appreciated.

I'm pretty sure my script is in working order but when I try to start it, it opens then closes itself. It complies itself fine and everything is in the proper directories. It worked just fine for me before but I don't know what is causing it to act up this time.

Anyone have an idea on what is going on?

Here it is:

HotKeySet("S","Start")
$X = 500
$Y = 500
Func Start()
MouseMove($X, $Y, 10)
EndFunc

Simple script that just moves my mouse to the given position.

It won't run for some reason though. When I click run it just pops up on my toolbar and goes back down instantly. Anyone happen to know what is going on?

Phazd,

My old topic was closed wrongfully

No it was not - it was closed because you sought help for a game automation script. :)

You obviously did not read the Forum Rules very closely - or you would have seen the part that says:

"Do not create a new topic on a subject if a previous topic on that subject was locked"

which is why this one will be locked too. :naughty:

Please do not start a third thread on this subject - my patience has limits. ;)
