Event that fires when system color picker is shown?

I would like to add buttons to the default system color picker. The best would be that those buttons would appear when the system color picker appears on screen (from any windows application that uses it).

I know that _ChooseColor is available but that's not an option.

Another question: do you know how to get a consistent handler of the system color picker? It should work with non-English Windows too, so a title-based solution is not good.
