Drag-n-drop not working in Program Files

I've hit another wall. Quite puzzling is it for me that the drag-n-drop code doesn't work when I run a compiled script from the Program Files folder, though scripts using a similar approach does seem to work from that folder. The script runs fine from any other location. Somehow the $WM_DropFILES doesn't seem to be tricked or the message loop doesn't catch it.

I've uploaded the script with the necessary command line files included. If anyone of you clever guys would take a look I would be very happy. (Atm. there is a check if the script can write/read in the @scriptdir - take that part out or run the builds with administrator rights.
