Delete older file

I'm looking for some directions or help in creating a script that will do the following

In folder one I have about 10000 files with the extendion dxf or dwg. So in this folder you might have a file like this 56789.dwg or 123456.dxf. In folder two I will have a file like 123456.GEO.

What I need is something like this

if the date of the 123456.geo is older then the date of the dxf or dwg file from folder one then I would like it to delete the geo. What I need it to do is compare all file from folder one. Appeciate any help I can get.
